Please note that under the official Cash on Delivery (COD) policy followed by courier services in Pakistan, you are not permitted to open your parcel before making payment.

You have the right to inspect the product after full payment and confirmation of delivery. If you wish to request a return or exchange, you may do so after payment by notifying us and sending the item back at your own expense, as per our exchange policy.

🚫 Kindly do not ask the courier rider to open the parcel before payment, as this is strictly against COD rules and cannot be allowed.
