We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days after we receive your returned item(s), subject to stock availability.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange is only accepted for products that meet these conditions.

📦 Please note: Return courier charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

🛠️ Exchange Due to Defect

If your item has a visible defect, you can apply for a free exchange. To do so:

  1. Take a clear photo of the defective area.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Email the image and your exchange request to noorelle.style@gmail.com.

  4. Our team will share the return address with you.

  5. Ship the item via your preferred courier service.

  6. Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed promptly.

📌 Note: Free exchange is only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects. For all other cases, return shipping charges apply.
